Merry Christmas!

Just a small post before Christmas from everyone at The Running School. We wish all of you runners a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. 

If you ran the Christmas Cracker we hope that you enjoyed it despite the bad weather.

We hope that the dropping temperatures and rain are not putting you off your runs too much. Go out an enjoy all of the festivities whilst on your run, look at the nicely decorated shops and houses! There truly are some nice ones around.

And so ends another year of running. If you have your own Santa outfit there seem to be plenty of opportunities to wear it out this December, but I see there is one race where they will provide you with one for a few extra quid.

Rather than the self-abuse of the Autumn mud-slinging races, the theme seem to have shifted to beautiful views and pleasant runs.
