TRION:Z

During my recent running struggles those nice people at TRION:Z read all about it, which shows the reach of this site, and they kindly sent me one of their sports magnetic therapy bracelets, worn by top golfer Rory McIlroy and England Cricket fast bowler James Anderson to name but two along with Cricket Legend Freddie Flintoff producing a charity version..

Some people deride these kind of products but I was willing to give it a go as happy to try anything that may benefit me, I’ll try anything once except Morris Dancing etc! Clearly however, we have the site’s integrity to think of, I’m not going to endorse something I don’t believe in either..

So, did it work for me? Well, I have no doubt that training and a lot of hard work played their part, but my Wife and I have both noted this has been my longest spell without injury, and my best Marathon prep without niggles, the chaps at work can bear witness to the amount of bandages, strapping and compression I’ve worn under my trousers previously, and I’m happy to say I’ve needed none during this training period.

Positivity - I’ll buy into that, whilst using negative ions, and while some science may scoff at many methods, others bring plenty of support too, so if it works for you - and millions swear by magnets to ease their pain or improve their lives, then just what is science to argue?   

At Belfast my friend Lou had a real injury scare beforehand, so in addition to the obvious medication I donated the use of my wristband, thankfully with this combination he recovered and flew round on the day.

I will now lend my bracelet to my Wife who has a particular wrist problem at the moment, and hope she can get some of the same benefits from wearing it.

You can think or believe what you like, but life is too short for cynicism, I’m open to suggestion and positive thinking, I feel good! Positivity, have you had your plus sign today?!

Yes my Wife is currently enjoying the benefits of borrowing mine, several friends are now wearing and feeling a benefit, and I will be ordering another so my Wife and I can enjoy the Trionz effect together, must say haven't felt as good in recent weeks since I lent mine out, coincidence - who knows(?), but If there is any positivity going then I will seek it out, and as I've said - I felt something good.
