Over and Out

Its has been over a year that I have been blogging my training and race exploits and I hope I haven’t bored you all (too much!!). I have decided to give you all a a breather from my monotonous tones and take a break from blogging, in the past year my priorities have changed and I am finding it extremely difficult to sit at the computer and blog.

This blog has helped my running far greater than I expected, the chance to write done the ups and downs of training and racing, having chance to air where I think I am going wrong and where I think I am going right, I recommend to everybody, not necessarily blog but to write down the thoughts after each run, you will soon understand how to tailor your training to get the best out of yourself.

I will still be running, alright not competing as much as I would like to, but that will get easier over time.

I would like to thank everyone that has passed on comments, both on and off this site, feedback is always a great thing to get, please do carry on supporting my former fellow bloggers. This site is a fantastic resource to runners everywhere.

Thanks again and you never know if you are unlucky enough I may be back at some point in the future!!!!

So with great sadness it is time to say good bye and remember even at lowest point running is always worth it!!

Over and Out
