Ups and Downs
I have spent a couple of days this week in Portsmouth due to work. on Wednesday night I managed to fit in a 9 mile run, which although it being dark cold and windy, I thoroughly enjoyed it and got back to my hotel in under the hour, more evidence that I am getting back to normal, with regard to my running that is!!! Anyway, my plan was to run the next morning before I went into work but hey first night away since Amber was born so I decided to stay in the room and get some extra shut eye.
As for today, Fridays are quite strange, yes I finish work min afternoon, but family takes over straight away so quite often a run is out of the question, so I still haven’t managed a tempo session this week.
I will go out on both Saturday and SUnday which will hopefully include a 70 min run, but we shall see.

I hate it when life gets in the way of running.
There's always the little devil on your shoulder telling you to bunk off. Sometimes though the angel on the other side is wrong. It's always a fine line between putting more in the bank and something breaking down. You decide. LOL
