  A new venture on a testing hilly off-road course in the beautiful Tyntesfield estate.

  A Runners’ World event. “Wide, firm, and fast-flowing trails”, apparently.

  Largely flat and run on quiet, pleasant country lanes.
• 14th. Rose Inn 4 mile, Magor.
  Two lap race, fast and flat. 1st in a series of 4.
• 14th. Self-Transcendence 2 mile, Eastville Park.
  One of a series of 4 races through the summer. Great fun and very friendly.
• 15th. Bitton 5k, Bitton.
  Run on the cycle track from Bitton railway station.
• 16th. Weston Prom 5
  5 mile run (race 9 of 9).
• 19th. Rainbow Run 5k
  The Rainbow Run is the UK’s first ever 5K where you’ll get showered with different coloured powder paints. This crazy fun run takes place on The Downs in Bristol on Sunday 19th May 2013 at 1pm.
• 19th. Cheddar Gorge 5k and10k series
  beautiful scenery. Great atmosphere.

  1, 5 and 10k runs, flatish, around the lower village.
• 12th. Jack n Jill’s Challenge 10k, Midsomer Norton.
  Rolling fields, hidden valleys, footpaths, woodland tracks, over styles and the odd river or two.
• 12th. Adidas Forest Trail 10k, Forest of Dean.
  In the Forest of Dean. Dogs allowed.
