Runs I know of in the area in this week are:

• 5th. Esplanade Winter 5k, Burnham-on-Sea.
  A fast, flat, 3 lap course on the South Esplanade.
• 8th. British Heart Foundation Jog 5k, AshtonCourt.
  A great opportunity to get your heart pumping whilst helping others.

Runs I know of in the area in this week are:

• 24th. Bridge Inn 5k,Shortwood.
  5th in the winter series of 5 evening races. On the cycle path. Just turn up at the Bridge Inn.
• 1st. Ironwood Challenge 6 mile, LongAshton.
  Trails through ancient woodland, fields and forest.
• 1st. Chilly 10k,Chippenham.
  Fast and flat at the Castle Combe Race Circuit.

Runs I know of in the area in this week are:

• 19th. Weston Prom 5 mile,Weston-super-Mare.
  6th in a series of 9 evening runs.
• 22nd. Tough Ten Challenges 10 mile,Weston-super-Mare.
  A multi-terrain race designed to be within the capabilities of any normally fit runner or jogger. Also fun run.
