Bristol running races 13th - 19th Sept

Running races I know of in the area in this week are:

• 16th Weston Prom 5 mile. Weston-super-Mare.
  1st of 9 in a series. Popular with all standards.
• 18th. Ladies 5k, Newport.
  A fundraiser in the grounds of Tredegar House.
• 19th. Run for the future 5k, Downs.
  Raises money for Bristol Prostate Cancer Appeal.
