Running races in November 2009

• 1st. Over the Hills 12k, Bradford-on-Avon.
  A tough, scenic race through fields, woodland, steep hills, road, mud and gravel tracks.
• 5th. Burnham-on-Sea Winter 5k, Burnham.
  A flat, 3 lap course on the South Esplanade. Race 2 of 6.
• 7th. Victoria Park 4 mile, Bath
  5 laps on traffic free roads around the park.
• 7th. Cheddar Half Marathon, Cheddar.
  Apparently full. Date not obvious on their site, so I could be wrong.
• 8th. Sodbury Slog 9.5 mile, Chipping Sodbury.
  "Quite simply not for the faint-hearted! Forget roads - they're for wimps." Very popular, tough, and fun.
• 8th. Gwent Cross Country League, Bath Uni.
  2nd fixture in this club competition.
• 19th. Weston Prom 5 mile, Weston-super-Mare.
  3rd in a series of 9 evening runs.
• 22nd. BMC Mike Sully XC 4k, Downs.
  A classic of six years now incorporating a schools competition.
• 22nd. Castle Combe 10k, Castle Combe.
  A fast and flat 'PB' course at the race circuit.
• 24th. Bridge Inn 5k, Shortwood.
  3nd in the winter series of 5 evening races. On the cycle path. Just turn up at the Bridge Inn.
• 29th. Brent Knoll 5.5 mile, Burnham-on-Sea.
  Multi-terrain.
