Races near Bristol
There are loads of races out there, and if you surf around you will find them, but what a pain!
Here’s a simple list of local races coming up in the near future. I normally include anything within about 30 miles. So, if you fancy a little something for the weekend, this is the place to look.

EVERY SATURDAY. Ashton Court: The Ashton Court 5k Parkrun.

A flat, 3 lap course on the South Esplanade. Race 2 of 6.

5 laps on traffic free roads around the park.

1st of 4 increasingly longer races.

A new and all-inclusive cross-country in partnership with CRUK.

A tough, scenic race through fields, woodland, steep hills, road, mud and gravel tracks.

A series of races for "serious" runners as part of the UK Athletics series

"Quite simply not for the faint-hearted! Forget roads - they're for wimps." Very popular, tough, and fun.

1st fixture of 4 in this club competition.

3rd in a series of 9 evening runs.

A fast and flat 'PB' course at the race circuit.

A tough off-road hilly two-lap half marathon with spectacular views.

3nd in the winter series of 5 evening races. On the cycle path. Just turn up at the Bridge Inn.
