Races near Bristol
There are loads of races out there, and if you surf around you will find them, but what a pain!
Here’s a simple list of local races coming up in the near future. I normally include anything within about 30 miles. So, if you fancy a little something for the weekend, this is the place to look.

The Forest of Dean 5k Parkrun.

A fast, flat, 3 lap course on the South Esplanade. 5th of 6.

Follows the 45 mile route of the Community Forest Path around Bristol.

Multi-terrain. "Tough but fun".

Raising money for The Stroke Association.

2 circuit route, pretty fast. History of queuing!

A challenging off road thing with obstacles, for charity.

5-lap circuit of the town centre. Kid's versions too.

7th in a series of 9 evening runs.

Flat and undulating on the road.

A multi-terrain race over 6 miles of traffic free tracks and fields.

A challenging hilly course run on quiet rural roads with great views.
