Races near Bristol
There are loads of races out there, and if you surf around you will find them, but what a pain!
Here’s a simple list of local races coming up in the near future. I normally include anything within about 30 miles. So, if you fancy a little something for the weekend, this is the place to look.

June Races

Series of easy going races with a real good mix of people.

Mainly "off road" on pathway's crossing conservation/nature areas.

In the woods. Beautiful, and nice for spectators.

Two lap race, fast and flat. 2nd in a series of 4.

Flat and fast on country lanes.

The GWR Towpath Series is back! This is a highly popular assortment of 10K events (with a 5K to finish off with!). If you feel up to the challenge of all five races or just want to enter one or two when you have a spare Friday night.

A new event organised by the primary school to raise funds.

A single lap road course along the lanes around Oldbury & Kington.

2nd in a series of 5 along the fast and flat Bristol to Bath cycletrack

Parkland and woodland - only juicy little hills.

Along paths, country lanes and over footbridges. Includes youth race.

The 5km, 10km and Half Marathon all commence at the top of the Gorge.

Off-road with a 1,000 ft climb onto the Mendips.

2nd of 4. Out and back on tarmac cycle/footpath.

A two-lap undulating rural road race.

The inaugural Women’s Running 10K event. Off road, mostly flat.
