  Grass, tracks, woods, descents, rough grazing, paths and cycle route tarmac.

  Multiple laps on the road.
• 26th. Bridge Inn 5k, Shortwood.
  3nd in the winter series of 5 evening races. On the cycle path. Just turn up at the Bridge Inn.
• 31st. Slaughterford 9 mile, Corsham.
  Multi-terrain and 900 ft of ascent.
