February races

• 4th. Esplanade Winter 5k, Burnham-on-Sea.
  A fast, flat, 3 lap course. Race 4 of 6.
• 7th. Longleat 10k. Longleat.
  Mostly undulating with a couple of hills on a figure of 8 course.
• 10th. Street 5k Series, Street.
  5-lap circuit of Street town centre on pavements starting on the High Street. How apt. 5th of a 6 series.
• 14th. The Dursley Dozen 12 mile, Dursley.
  One of the hardest multi terrain races comes of age reaching its twenty first year in February 2009
• 14th. Tough Ten Challenges 10 mile, Weston-super-Mare.
  A multi-terrain race designed to be within the capabilities of any normally fit runner or jogger. Also fun run.
• 18th. Weston Prom 5 mile, Weston-super-Mare.
  6th in a series of 9 evening runs.
• 23rd. Bridge Inn 5k, Shortwood.
  5th in the winter series of 5 evening races. On the cycle path. Just turn up at the Bridge Inn.
• 28th. Ironwood Challenge 6 mile, Long Ashton.
  Six country miles of tracks, fields and forest trails.
• 28th. Castle Coombe 10k, Chippenham.
  Mainly flat, fast, smooth tarmac.
